About

My name is Meagan Bowman. I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with Ontario College of Social Workers (OCSWSSW) and I’m affiliated with Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).

I work with individuals who are experiencing issues with relationships, stress, mood disorders (anxiety/depression), life transitions, substance use, or self-care, for example. My work emphasizes the importance of love, connection, authenticity, and our relationship with our body. I follow the work of Gabor Mate, Brene Brown, and Nicole Lepera closely as mentors and educators.

I help you (re)connect with yourself, overcome burnout/stress, and help you learn to live a balanced, empowered, and meaningful life.

I live with three dogs, Shelby, Darwin, and Charlie and I super love spending time outdoors with them camping, hiking, or walking my neighbourhood. Compassion and honesty form the foundations of the work I do with clients.
